Are all your products certified?

Are Your Products Vegan and cruelty-free?

Do You Test Your Products on Animals?

Do You Offer International Shipping?

In the UK, most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progr
Do You Offer Free Shipping?

We offer:

Do your products contain any synthetic fragrances or preservatives?
No. We only use natural and organic plant-based preservatives and essential oils with no allergens for fragrance — all approved by COSMOS standards.
How do I know your products are safe?
Our organic cosmetics are rigorously tested for safety and are free from harmful chemicals, parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and dyes. All of our products are cruelty-free, and we ensure every ingredient used is sustainably sourced and ethically produced.
Are Your Products Suitable for Sensitive Skin?
Yes. Our formulations are created with sensitive and delicate skin in mind. We carefully select ingredients that are gentle yet effective. However, we always recommend conducting a patch test before using a new product on your face or body, especially if you have known sensitivity or allergies.
📦 RETURNS
Can I Return or Exchange Products?
We hope you love your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products unless faulty. Please contact us at sales@m2aorganicbeauty.com before sending anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging your products, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Please email us at sales@m2aorganicbeauty.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@m2aorganicbeauty.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
